Hay una tarifa de 30USD por check ins or check outs en fines de semana. Para poder reservar el apartamento se deberá pagar el monto de alquiler con tarjeta de crédito, via pay pal. Hay un depósito de 300USD , se puede pagar en efectivo el día del check in y se retorna el día del check out. Se puede solicitar horas de limpieza extra como de lavado y planchado de ropa- por hora 10USD.

For the temporary rental all expenses included except electricity to be paid on the day of check out in cash according to consumption. 300USD security deposit

There is a weekly cleaning included in the stay, when the stay exceeds 10 days.

Parking available a few meters at 9usd per day.

There is a fee of 30USD for check ins or check outs on weekends. In order to reserve the apartment, the rental amount must be paid by credit card, via pay pal. There is a deposit of 300USD, you can pay in cash on the day of check in and the day of check out is returned. Extra cleaning hours such as laundry and ironing can be requested – per hour 10USD.
